Anniversary Card using Decorative Dress Forms

Hello!
AJ here again with another card using the fabulous Decorative Dress Forms Nestabling!

Anniversaries are always a great excuse to get a little blinged out, and so should the cards used to celebrate them.  For this card, I die cut the dress form and blinged it out before adhering to the Oval die cut.  It's popped up with 3D Foam sqaures along with the grommet tag.  

*Change the sentiment and it could be used for party invites, or use white pearls for wedding shower invites, or wedding cards.
