Create What You Love

Hello Want2Scrap friends!  February is the month of love.  I love fashion photography.  The beautiful models, the gorgeous clothes, and those overstated poses...what's not to love?  Today's layout includes one of my fav photos of Audrey Hepburn.  I wanna wear that hat!

A Perfectly Delightful Day

Hello Want2Scrap friends!  Keely here today to share my latest layout created with amazing Want2Scrap products.  The star of the layout is my sweet niece, Kenzie.

 

 

I started with the sweet, Springy "Woodland Park" collection by October Afternoon.  I layered beautiful patterned papers with fun stickers and diecuts.

 

 

 Next, I added some of my fav Want2Scrap goodies--Manilla tags, Frilly Flourish Swirl - White Pearl, Sleek Strips Pearls- Le Creme.

 

 

Other must-have products include: Tsukineko StazOn Ink in Dove Gray, Fiskars border punch, Beacon Adhesives Zip Dry Paper Glue, Glue Arts U-Cut It 3D Adhesive Squares.

Snowman

Merry Christmas- AJ here to share a fun little Snowman card using Want2Scrap's Bling.

I'm sure most of you are moved on from Holiday cards to either winter or thank you's (which is next on my list! ;)  so I thought I would share a fun little snowman today.  I LOVE snowmen!  And instead of sparkles, I added bling to his scarf using the Baby Bling in Silver and adding a bit more using the Frilly Flourish Swirl in Silver.  Who doesn't love a sparkly scarf during the winter months?  ;)

A Holiday for the Birds

Hi, Allie here with a Shabby Chic Holiday Tutorial.

Let's embellish a Bird Cage for the winter holidays.

I'm using this pretty Bird Cage on my door.

Begin by applying a layer of gesso. Use a dry brush technique, with

very little paint. Simply swish it back and forth.

While the paint is drying, you can apply patterned paper to the background piece.

Once the bird cage front is dry, sponge on ink.

Paint the Fancy Chipboard Title "Noel" with gesso.

Once the gesso is dry, lightly brush on Liquid Glass

and liberally sprinkle Sugar Shimmer.

Now, you're ready to decorate!

This project is embellished with an ornament,

a Frilly Flourish Swirl, some brads, and flowers.
