Super Simple Altered Clothes Pin

This little gift is super simple and makes an adorable gift...you know it is perfect for teachers! I love to give the teachers a little something to say thank you and this just may be it this year.

All you need for this is...
  • Altered Clothes Pin
  • Spray Ink
  • Bling and Pearls
  • Ribbon
  • Journaling Spots

A simple way to stain the clothes pin is to spray it with ink, spread it with a sponge brush and allow it to dry. It looks great and is so simple. For the flower I simply layered journaling spots over one another...love this! I added the Nestabling™ Heart Circles in Brown Rhinestones. I love the bit of sparkle that adds! I also used the White Pearls - 72 Count.

For the stem I glue down pieces of ribbon with Beacon™ 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue. This is a new adhesive to me and I love how thick this is...it also dries quickly which is a great bonus. I added Green Pearls - 72 Count as an accent...the perfect touch I think!

Here is the final product!
