Chipboard Flaire Two

Hello Again, Terre here with another Chipboad Dress Form from Want2Scrap©.
Last week, I showed you a dress form using die cut feathers out of pattern paper to creative an elegant evening dress. Today let's think of Prom! This elegant black and white chipboard dress form with a hint of red to make it pop is just what your Prom pictures need when creating that scrapbook page.

Here is a picture of the raw dress form

I painted the Dress Form by Laurel Lane with white paint and sanded it to make it look distressed. I traced the upper part of the dress form on black cardstock and then manually cut it out. I added silk black ribbon to create an elegant waist and then embellished it with Red Mulberry Flowers. To finish the dress form off, I added 72 Count Black Rhinestones.

Thank you for stopping by my blog post today as I shared yet another way to create with raw chipboard, I hope you have been inspired to create your own dress form.

Happy Crafting,

Saying I LOVE You with Want2Scrap

Hello it is Linda here with a card for you - with Valentines just around the corner what better time to share a card that is all about LOVE and of course I am using Want2Scrap pearls.

I always love the elegance that pearls bring and my inspiration for this card came from the beautiful necklace in front of it - this belonged to my beautiful Nana and is something I treasure.  As long as I can remember she wore pearls, particularly on special occasions...this could explain my passion for pearls - or it's beginning at least!

The Heartfelt Creations image has been stamped using VersaMark, I love the 'colour on colour' effect it has with the sentiment - I have added nothing more to this.  White Baby bling pearls have been added around the Grate Effects pattern, adding a simple elegance.  The card case has been created using the Romantic Rectangles Nestabilities.  My card is held together by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

The White Roses have been added to the bottom left hand corner, along with Swirls Finesses popping out on each side.  The Swirls are so versatile - they can be used whole or trimmed to suit the project you are working on.  Simple elegance - so easy and definitely a WOW factor!!
