Give a little love and a stick pin tutorial

Hey friends!  So are you so excited by the sneak peeks for the newest products coming out the bling encrusted doors of Want2Scrap® !?  Boy howdy, I have to tell you it is exciting!  Today I want to roll back to last year's CHA winter release of Nestabling™ and I have to say, I love the results of using Nestabling™ now as much as I did on day one!  One of my very favorite Nestabling™ shapes is the Nestabling Scalloped Hearts Pink Rhinestones.  Especially when it comes around to the season of Valentine's day!

I'm also really excited about some recent new additions to Want2Scrap®  like the Red Rose Ribbon 1" and the Decorative Pin Jewels - Set of 6.

My favorite thing to do with pins of any kind is build on them to make unique one of a kind embellishments, like I did with the corsage pin I used above.  This technique is incredibly easy and can be accomplished with very basic supplies...

For this tutorial, I gathered Want2Scrap®  decorative pins, 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue, and two bags of a mish mash of colored beads I keep according to color.  In this case, blues and white/clears.  These bags were thrifted and consist mostly of inexpensive beads from the children's beading section of the craft store.  Perfect for unique projects since most of the beads don't match.

Once I had decided on the combination of beads I would add to the Want2Scrap®  decorative pin in blue, I added a small dab of 3-in-1 Advanced craft glue in between each bead and slid the beads together so that they touch and will hold one another in place.

And...drumroll....that's IT!  Easy peasy way to make unique and wonderful stick pins for your cards and other craft projects!  Thanks for stopping by today!
